HOUSTON COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
All vendors must comply with City of Houston Health Department regulations and Houston
Food Establishment Rules (Chapter 20, Article IX).
Required Documentation (Submit AFTER Acceptance):
☐ City of Houston Mobile Food Unit Permit (current)
☐ Certificate of Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum)
• Must name as Additional Insured:
o Urban Screen HTX
o Skylab Social
☐ Health Department Permit (Houston Health Department - current)
☐ Food Manager Certification (all food handlers)
☐ Vehicle Registration & Inspection (current)
☐ Sales Tax Permit (Texas Comptroller)
